OPEN DOORS is a free and confidential advice service in East London for people working in the sex industry.       

Open Doors visits sex workers on the street, in flats, saunas, massage parlours, hotels, other working premises and their own homes.       
We give free condoms, lubricant, dams, gloves, finger cots, female condoms and sponges.             
We also help you get any advice or services you might need.
